"How many workouts will I have to do per week?" There will be four different workouts programmed in per week 

"How long will the workouts last?" 

Generally about 45 - 60 minutes each

"Will I have to follow a strict diet?" This is a CHALLENGE! So yes, you will have to be strict to see the results you want. There will be a degree of flexibility involved however. 

"What if I don't have access to a gym?" That's not a problem - there is a 'Home workout' option available
