My name is Josh Davies - Welcome to JD Fitness & Nutrition!

A bit about me...
I used to be fat...120kg worth of fat. I was pretty miserable in my own skin and had a complete lack of confidence.
At the risk of sounding dramatic, hard training and sensible eating made me a better person!
With my weight loss came improved health, better fitness and much more confidence.
Strength training and nutrition changed my life and I want to pass this knowledge on to everyone who needs it.

Why listen to me?!
For the past 10 years I've been studying fitness and nutrition and training for fat loss I've spent thousands of hours training hundreds of clients in the gym and online. With all this experience, education and my own transformation I have built up enough knowledge to come to some conclusions; I want to share what works, and equally as importantly, what doesn't work. I aim to help people by finding a lifestyle that works for them and offering unwavering support along the way.
