Ab Circuit!

Here’s a simple and quick ab workout¬†to try:

5 x stability ball pikes
20 second plank on the stability ball
8 x spread eagle sit ups
8 x ‘normal’ sit ups or crunches
Rest x 30 – 60s. Repeat 2 – 3 times
