PLEASE be careful with his recipes.
And any recipe dripping with ‘healthy’ fats…
Some of them are so calorific they make my eyes want to bleed.
YES they are full of good stuff
YES they are full of ‘healthy’ fats
YES you will feel fuller for longer
BUT they tend to ridiculously high in calories.
Case and point…Joe Wicks’ cheesy chicken and chorizo…one serving is 1100kcal!!!!!!!!!!!

Again…not hating on Joe, just asking everyone to be vigilant and remember you can have too much of a good thing.
If you’re going to whip up a recipe, have a look on MyFitnessPal for it’s calorie content before you cook it…if it’s not there enter ALL of the ingredients manually.
It’s a dangerous a scary, calorific world out there guys.
Check yourself before you wreck yourself.
