Just two ingredients for these simple and tasty banana pancakes.

1) mash up the banana until there’s no lumps
2) whisk in the eggs
3) spoon into a hot pan
4) cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to brown
5) garnish with blueberries and enjoy!
